A non-resolution-ish list of resolutions


In the next 6 months, I am hoping to:

- Get back into yoga again
- Get back into Pilates again
- Take Mason for walks at least twice a week
- EAT HEALTHY
- Care about what I do when it comes to my body

And most of all, to remember that its not about losing weight, it's about self-love.

    I always try to think about the fact that I am ADDING positive things to my life. It makes it so much easier for me than when I am feeling like I am depriving/ punishing myself.

    1. Thank you Rachel! Isn't it important? Especially when we spend a lot of our time giving giving giving, we need to give back to ourselves!
