IN THE KITCHEN : Chicken, silverbeet and feta gozleme
This is my slightly adapted version of Gourmet Girlfriend's gozleme recipe. First off, I am the biggest fan of this lady. She is a warrior in the kitchen and is a huge inspiration. Honestly, who would've thought some flour, yoghurt and salt would get you a gozleme shell!?
I added 500g of chicken mince marinated with salt, pepper and a bit of smoked paprika, tossed in a hot pan with a leek and a clove of garlic. I would put a bit of cumin next time but I'd run out. Nevertheless I am so totally psyched with how it turned out and I can't wait to start doing vegetarian options of this.
Remember to roll it out nice and thin!
