IN THE KITCHEN : Apple, rhubarb and blueberry crumble


A few days ago I made a crumble using this very naughty recipe, but I put more fruit in so basically, I made it healthier.

It was absolutely divine and while I think I burnt a bit of the apple, rhubarb and blueberry, it got to a jam-like consistency and was perfect with some vanilla bean ice cream and custard.

Yum.
